Terms & Conditions / Code of Ethics
- Our services are to serve our clients’ needs. We treat everyone with equal respect regardless of race, religion, orientation or gender.
- Readings are held in the strictest of confidence. We don’t share information with third parties. WeI do not solicit.
- We do not read for persons under 18 years of age.
- We will not offer advice for areas in which we are not qualified. We will therefore not read for financial, legal or medical issues. We don’t read on the subject of past lives, suspected possession, demonic energy, curses or hexes, lottery numbers, lost items or crimes. We will refuse to read on the same topic within a short period of time.
- Rest assured, we won’t ever predict death, bad health or severe injury.
- If we suspect a heavy reliance on tarot, or a client is showing addictive behaviour, we will decline further readings. We will not tolerate abuse or foul language. Abusive communications via email will be blocked.
- As a policy, we have the right to refuse a reading for any reason.
Disclaimer
This site is for entertainment purposes only. You must be at least 18 years old to use the website or make a reading purchase. By clicking ‘Book Now’ on any service, you agree that any readings/downloads purchased are subject to your own interpretation. Our services are not a substitute for medical, financial, business, legal, psychiatric, or any other kind of professional advice or care. We are not responsible for the outcome of any situation that may occur as a result of any product, service, blog, newsletter, or ritual you purchase/receive/download from us, or for your participation in any way. Payments
All payments are made securely through Stripe, the world’s leading online payment system. You can find their Privacy Policy here. Via Stripe, all transaction are secure. When paying via card, please note we do not have access to, request, or store any credit card information.
Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with your reading, class, or download, you can contact us through the contact option of the individual Seers page that provided the service. Each of us will do their best to provide a resolution.

Intellectual Property
The Website and Service Content contains intellectual property owned by Julie Embleton, Guided by Luna, and Jan Tetteroo, including the Tree Seers Tarot trademark and logo, copyrights, proprietary information, and other intellectual property. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, distribute, display, reproduce or perform, or in any way exploit in any format whatsoever any of the Website or Service Content or intellectual property, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to take legal action if you are caught violating this intellectual property policy.

1. Personal Data
If you subscribe to our newsletter, your information is completely confidential. We do not give your information to third parties or send out spam. You may opt-out at any time. If you choose to contact us by clicking an email address link, or contact form, you will be sending us your personal data. Never submit sensitive personal data like credit card or bank details by email. Only I have access to any data sent to me by email.
2. What I do with Personal Data
Data submitted will only be used by us to answer your query or provide you with a service as requested. We will never sell, distribute or lease any personal data unless we have your permission, or am required by law to do so.
3. How long we store Personal Data
We only keep your personal data for as long as needed: so that we can answer your queries and/or so that we can provide you with a service and/or we are required to do so by law and/or you have agreed to receive marketing materials from us. Email readings are deleted after four weeks. This includes the reading text and/or photographs of the spread. If you contact any of us after the four week period with a question relating to your reading, we will be unable to offer assistance.
4. Access to Personal Data
As a customer, you have the right to request a copy of any personal data that we may currently hold about you, and to amend or request to delete the personal data we hold about you. In order to receive such information please send your contact details including name, email address and postal address to the Seers you have worked with through the contact form on their profile page.
Agreement
We assume that all visitors using this website, clients and potential clients have carefully read this document and agree to its contents. If someone does not agree with this privacy policy, they should refrain from using this website. This privacy statement may change from time to time in line with legislation. We will not inform clients or website users of these changes. I recommend that you check this page occasionally for any privacy, disclaimer, or terms & conditions statement changes.
